Shipping Information
Most items are processed within 48 hours of receiving your order. Purchases made by check will be held 5-7 days until the check clears. Orders ship from our California warehouse. The time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse depends on the shipping method selected and the day the order is placed. Our warehouse only processes orders Monday - Friday and is closed on weekends and holidays. During the months of November and December we do process orders on the weekend. Our goal is to ship orders out as expeditiously as possible, however, due to the number of orders we receive, we cannot guarantee the exact day of shipment or the day the item(s) will arrive. During the Christmas Holidays, we try to expedite all orders so they will be received before Christmas.
UPS GROUND SHIPPING IS THE SLOWEST SHIPPING METHOD. IT IS NOT EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND CAN TAKES 5 BUSINESS DAYS WHEN IT LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE TO ANY DESTINATION ON THE EAST COAST.
We do offer express shipping which includes UPS Overnight, UPS Second Day and UPS Three-day rates. These rates can be very expensive depending on where you live. Most express orders placed Monday - Friday before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time normally will be processed within 24 hours on the same business day for in-stock items (personalized items require an additional 2-3 day processing). Expressed orders placed Monday - Friday after 11:00 a.m. PST and weekends, normally will be shipped on the following business day for in-stock items (personalized items require 2-3 day processing). We do not accept C.O.D.'s or international orders at this time. When shipping multiple items, some products may arrive in separate packages (at no additional shipping charges). Therefore, it is possible for items to arrive on different days.
Free shipping is available for orders totaling $299.00. Choose "GROUND" Shipping (Not UPS Ground) to receive the discount. Orders which qualify for free shipping, will not receive expedited shipping.
